Priscilla heads the Corporate Services Practice where she been working closely with international and local investors in setting up new companies in Hong Kong, China and offshore since 1982.  With the ever changing legal environment in opening and running Hong Kong companies, Priscilla is in good contact with the Hong Kong Companies Registry and various governmental bodies to ensure our clientele’s companies are in line with the most current legal requirements. Priscilla provides corporate governance advice and practical company secretarial services to international and local clients.

Priscilla is a qualified as a Chartered Secretary and a participating member of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. She is also an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of the United Kingdom.
