East Asia Sentinel Services Ltd. was formed in 1995, with the merger of the practices of East Asia Tax, (founded in 1981 by Charlie Smith), and Wiseman Secretarial and Management Services Ltd (founded in 1973).

East Asia Sentinel Services Ltd. provides full corporate services including, consulting in company formation, supplying company information in many jurisdictions, maintaining company secretarial records, and registers of shareholders and officers, arranging and keeping minutes, and providing compliance filing with the relevant authorities.
